Every position in the Kol Ami portfolio is backed by rigorous fundamental analysis. Our analysts produce institutional-quality equity research covering valuation, catalysts, and risk.
The portfolio is managed by an Investment Committee of 12–15 members, all alumni of IGI. All decisions to open or close positions require a simple majority vote following a formal debate of the investment thesis.
The committee meets bi-weekly to audit current holdings, review real-world market data, and adjust positions based on new macroeconomic developments.
The committee is advised by Sandrine Bernstein, a Wharton graduate and seasoned wealth manager. She provides expert guidance on position sizing and risk management, and maintains veto authority to ensure strict adherence to risk parameters.
The portfolio applies fundamental research to real-world data as a high-fidelity simulation. This shadow portfolio structure serves as a specialized incubator to validate the student-managed investment fund model, utilizing a diverse team of international students.
Our investment committee brings together students from across the world — combining diverse market perspectives, cultural insights, and analytical frameworks to identify opportunities others miss.
Wharton graduate and seasoned wealth manager, Sandrine leads Investment Group Israel and advises Kol Ami, bringing decades of experience in asset management, private equity, and financial advisory.
